Zevenbergen Capital Investments LLC (ZCI) is pleased to announce that the conversion of both the Zevenbergen Growth Fund and Zevenbergen Genea Fund into exchange-traded funds (ETFs) successfully occurred on August 14th.
This change was designed to give shareholders access to an investment structure that offers greater operational and tax efficiency, while preserving key aspects of shareholders’ investment: our strategy, our investment discipline, and the Zevenbergen portfolio management team. As part of the conversion, advisory oversight shifted to an affiliate of our minority partner, Virtus Investment Advisers, LLC, and Zevenbergen continues as sub-adviser, responsible for day-to-day management of the portfolios.
Importantly, the same experienced investment team remains fully responsible for the investment strategies. We remain committed to continuing to deliver our high-conviction growth investing approach.
